TRUGlobal celebrated International Women’s Day with an expert panel, employee activities and a renewed commitment to opportunity, inclusion and women’s leadership in technology.
Celebrating achievement and possibility
TRUGlobal marked International Women’s Day by recognizing the achievements of women in technology and creating space for candid conversations about opportunity, resilience and leadership.
The program reflected the company’s broader commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion—and to addressing the barriers that continue to limit participation and progression across the technology sector.
Stories from accomplished leaders
An employee panel featured Vijayasree M.K., whose aerospace career has included satellite missions and human-rating certification work, and broadcaster RJ Rubina, an award-winning radio host known for building honest connections with listeners.
Both speakers shared the experiences, decisions and challenges that shaped their careers. Their perspectives encouraged attendees to pursue ambitious goals, build supportive networks and continue learning through change.
Inclusion as an everyday practice
The day also included games and dance sessions for women employees, combining reflection with celebration. Haris Ali, TRUGlobal’s HR leader, emphasized that gender equality must be supported throughout the year—not treated as a single-day theme.
TRUGlobal continues to connect inclusion with innovation by working to create an environment where people can contribute fully, develop their capabilities and advance on merit.
