Nineteen years of building with customers
Founded in 2004, TRUGlobal reached its nineteenth anniversary with delivery teams in the United States, Bengaluru and Pune supporting customers ranging from global enterprises to high-growth companies.
The milestone recognized the relationships, delivery discipline and technology capabilities developed across nearly two decades of work.
A global growth plan
At the time of the announcement, TRUGlobal outlined plans to expand its workforce from more than 350 employees to more than 1,100 during 2023. It also identified Mexico, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom as markets for future offices, alongside additional growth in the United States.
These were forward-looking plans stated in 2023 and reflected the company’s confidence in its people, customer relationships and opportunity pipeline.
Gratitude and ambition
Founder and CEO Ibrahim Shariff thanked employees and clients for their contribution to the company’s progress. He connected the planned expansion to a wider goal: serving customers more effectively while opening new opportunities for teams and partners.
The anniversary celebrated past achievement, but its emphasis was on what came next—continued growth, new markets and the disciplined delivery of engineering and digital transformation programs.
