Responsibility Area:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts by building trusted client relationships and ensuring business expansion.
  • IT Services Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge across Cloud, Infra, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital Services to identify and create opportunities.
  • Account Growth: Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring high CSAT, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Go-to-Market (Preferred): Contribute to GTM strategies to tap into USA market opportunities, working with presales and delivery teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Practice Leaders to align client needs with organizational capabilities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and account health reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Overall Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Sales/Account Management within IT Services.
  • Background: Strong record in enterprise account handling and IT services solution selling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in Cloud, Infra, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital transformation services.
  • Client Growth Focus: Demonstrated ability to achieve account growth targets.
  • Communication: Strong executive presence with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have) 

  • Go-to-Market Exposure: Experience in GTM strategy and creating opportunities in the USA business market.
  • Past Roles: Prior experience as Solution Architect, Delivery Manager/Director, or Service Delivery Manager (SDM) before moving into Sales.
  • Sales Approach: Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

Relevant Titles (Past/Current):

  • Required: Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Director, VP Sales
  • Good to Have: Solution Architect, Delivery Manager/Director, Service Delivery Manager (SDM) transitioned into Sales
