TRUGlobal – Delivery Head – IT Infra & Security

Role Overview

The Delivery Head – IT Infrastructure & Security will lead global delivery operations across Cloud, Data Center, Networks, End-User Computing and Cybersecurity. The role requires a strong architectural background, client-facing expertise, and proven leadership in managing managed services, presales, solutioning, governance and CXO relationships. This position drives excellence in delivery, customer satisfaction, and capability building across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT Infrastructure & Security services across Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Center, Network, End-User Services, and Cybersecurity Operations (SOC, IAM, Threat Management, Compliance).
• Govern delivery with robust SLA/KPI frameworks, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for global clients, ensuring issues are resolved with speed and quality.
• Drive presales, solutioning and proposal making in partnership with Sales and Presales teams.
• Build and nurture strong CXO-level client relationships; act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and grow global delivery teams; drive workforce planning, succession planning, engagement and retention.
• Coach and mentor senior leaders and managers within delivery.
• Build new capabilities aligned to market trends (CloudOps, SecOps, Automation, AI in IT Ops).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Presales for solution development and GTM initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect, with expertise in majority of IT Infra areas (Cloud, Data Center, Network, End-User, Cybersecurity).
• Proven track record in Managed Services delivery across global clients.
• Strong experience in presales, solutioning, and proposal creation.
• Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, SLA/KPI management, and client escalations.
• Strong capability in CXO relationship management and executive communication.
• Experience leading global teams with focus on engagement, capability building, and retention.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Preferred: Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.

Experience Range

18+ years in IT Infrastructure & Security with at least 8+ years in leadership roles.
