TRUGlobal – Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Revenue Leadership

  • Own end-to-end revenue strategy across geographies, service lines and industry verticals.
  • Define and drive growth roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure revenue diversification across existing accounts, new client acquisition and partnerships.

Customer-Centric Growth

  • Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships to position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Champion consultative and value-based selling.
  • Drive Customer Success & CSAT initiatives for revenue retention and expansion.

Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Establish a data-driven sales model: forecasting, pipeline visibility, win/loss analysis and deal governance.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, KPIs and metrics for predictability.
  • Optimize account planning and cross-selling across offerings.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build alliances with technology partners, ISVs, hyperscalers and consulting firms.
  • Co-create go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
  • Generate joint revenue opportunities through partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Delivery, Marketing, Finance and Presales for seamless execution.
  • Partner with HR/Talent teams to ensure a skilled, high-performing sales force.
  • Work with COO/Delivery to ensure commitments are met.

Leadership & Global Exposure

  • Lead and mentor global sales, account management and customer success teams.
  • Build scalable structures to support multi-country and multi-industry growth.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, analyst briefings and client summits.

P&L Accountability

  • Own revenue targets, margins and profitability.
