TRUGlobal – Chief Delivery Officer / EVP Global Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership & Governance

  • Drive execution of large, complex client engagements across Infra, AI, Cloud, CRM and ERP.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks with clear KPIs, SLAs and escalation protocols. 
  • Ensure predictable, profitable, and high-quality delivery across geographies. 

Leadership Hiring & Management 

  • Build and manage a strong leadership including Delivery Heads, Solution Architects and Program Leaders. 
  • Mentor and develop delivery leadership for succession planning and scalability. 
  • Drive accountability, execution rigor and customer focus within the delivery organization. 

Presales & Solutioning

  • Partner with Sales & Account Management in deal qualification, solution design and proposal making. 
  • Lead solution architects in crafting winning responses for RFPs/RFIs. 
  • Ensure delivery feasibility and profitability are well-integrated into the sales cycle. 

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build alliances with technology partners, ISVs, hyperscalers and consulting firms.
  • Co-create go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
  • Generate joint revenue opportunities through partnerships.

Business Leadership 

  • Provide strategic direction across Infra, AI & Analytics, CRM, ERP and Cloud Transformation.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by aligning delivery outcomes with business goals. 
  • Strengthen alliances with technology partners (Salesforce, SAP, OEMs) to enhance delivery capability. 

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management 

  • Build trusted relationships with CXO and VP-level stakeholders in client organizations. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultative partner to customers for technology and transformation initiatives. 
  • Drive account expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with delivery capabilities. 

Operational & Financial Accountability 

  • Own Delivery P&L, ensuring margins are met or exceeded. 
  • Optimize workforce planning, utilization and resource deployment. 
  • Drive efficiency through automation, AI-driven delivery and global delivery models. 

Key Skills & Competencies 

  • Proven ability to hire, lead and mentor senior delivery leaders and solution architects. 
  • Strong presales expertise with hands-on experience in RFP responses, solutioning and client presentations. 
  • Strong CXO/VP-level relationship management with a consultative and outcome-driven approach. 
  • Experience in delivery P&L ownership for portfolios > $100M. 
  • Ability to balance execution rigor with strategic business growth. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology; MBA preferred. 
  • 20+ years in IT Services with at least 8–10 years in global delivery leadership roles. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-service line delivery (Infra, AI/Analytics, ERP/CRM, Cloud Transformation). 
  • Strong presales and client engagement experience with proven deal-win track record. 
  • Experience managing large global delivery teams (1000-3000 employees)
