Key Responsibilities

  • US Market Sales: Drive sales of AI/Analytics solutions in the USA, including identifying target accounts, building pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies to acquire new business in the US market and expand AI/Analytics offerings across industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain CXO/VP-level relationships, positioning the company as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and ensure sustainable revenue growth for AI/Analytics offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft proposals, solution designs, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT Services sales, with proven AI/Analytics sales experience in the USA.
  • Past Roles: BDM, Sales Director, VP Sales (experience in technical/solution selling is preferred).
  • GTM Expertise: Strong track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Strong CXO/VP-level engagement, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Exposure: Understanding of AI/Analytics platforms, data-driven solutions, and industry trends.
