Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new accounts in the NN market with a focus on Salesforce services.
  • Salesforce GTM Ownership: Drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for Salesforce/CRM solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Build strong CXO-level relationships, manage end-to-end sales cycle, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with presales, delivery, and alliance teams to craft winning proposals, pitches, and solutions.
  • Market Development: Leverage Salesforce ecosystem partnerships, events, and forums to drive visibility, brand presence, and lead generation.
  • Forecasting & Governance: Manage pipeline, forecasts, deal reviews, and ensure adherence to governance and reporting processes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT Services sales, with a focus on the Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
  • New Account Acquisition: Proven track record of winning NN accounts and scaling revenue from zero.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, products, and partner ecosystem.
  • Client Engagement: Strong CXO-level engagement, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Global Exposure: Ability to work across geographies and drive large-scale transformation deals.
  • Preferred / Good to Have: Exposure to AI/Analytics and Cloud-led Salesforce solutions.
