TRUGlobal – Account Delivery Head

Role Overview

The Account Delivery Head/Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, and account growth for assigned strategic accounts. This role requires strong leadership in delivery excellence across Infra, AI, and Digital services, with accountability for P&L, governance, risk management, and building long-term client partnerships at CXO levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders in assigned client accounts. Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure high-quality delivery of IT services, solutions, and projects across Infra, AI, Digital. Maintain adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage account profitability including revenue, margins, resource optimization, and cost controls. Drive sustainable growth.
  • Account Growth & Strategy: Identify and drive opportunities for account mining, cross-sell/upsell, and participation in RFPs. Collaborate with Sales/Presales for expansion.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead governance forums with clients (QBRs, steering committees). Provide transparent reporting on delivery performance, risks, and financials.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead delivery teams (onsite & offshore) ensuring motivation, performance management, and career growth. Mentor future delivery leaders.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in Account Delivery / Program Delivery in IT Services (Infra, AI, Digital).
  • Proven experience in CXO-level client management and consultative engagement.
  • Demonstrated track record in P&L ownership and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks, SLA/KPI management, and compliance.
  • Ability to lead and inspire onsite & offshore global delivery teams.
  • Skilled in identifying growth opportunities, cross-sell/upsell, and solution alignment.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Preferred: ITIL, PMP, or Cloud/AI certifications.

Experience Range

15+ years of experience in IT Services Delivery/Account Management, with 5–7 years in a leadership capacity.
