TRUGlobal – Delivery Head – AI & Analytics

Role Overview

The Delivery Head – AI & Analytics will lead global delivery for AI/ML and Data programs, combining deep technical expertise with strong client-facing capabilities. The role requires proven architecture experience, hands-on skills in AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and MLOps, and the ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. This leader will also be responsible for building practices/CoEs, reusable frameworks, and driving innovation while engaging directly with CXO/VP-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Analytics programs from pilot initiatives to enterprise-scale rollouts.
• Lead solution architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions.
• Partner with sales and presales in RFP/RFI responses, PoC creation, and solution demonstrations.
• Build and scale AI practices/CoEs, driving reusable IPs, accelerators, and solution frameworks.
• Strengthen customer relationships with a consultative selling approach; engage CXO/VP stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance, SLA/KPI management, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive innovation by embedding AI/ML in client business processes and technology landscapes.
• Lead and mentor global delivery teams; build capability, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven background as Solution/Technical Architect in AI/ML, Data, and Cloud ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML models, MLOps pipelines, Data Engineering, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in designing and delivering scalable AI/Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience in solutioning, presales, RFP/RFI responses, PoC design, and proposal creation.
• Strong delivery management experience with enterprise AI program rollouts.
• Ability to build practices/CoEs, reusable IPs, accelerators, and frameworks.
• Proven record of CXO/VP-level customer engagement and consultative selling.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Preferred: Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), or Data Analytics.

Experience Range

15+ years in IT/Analytics with at least 6–8 years in AI/ML solutioning and delivery leadership.
