Oracle Technical Delivery Manager
- Must have 12+ years of strong Oracle Technical Experience
- 3 Plus years of cloud experience
- Expertise in Oracle SCM/ Finance / CRM - Cloud
- Should be able to work in US shifts.
- Should be able to resolve support tickets and Guide Team on Technical expertise.
- Should have handled SLA and Task allocation role in the past
- Customer facing role and Provide Weekly/Daily updates to customer and management.
