Manager - IT Recruitment
  • 8-12 years of strong experience in US IT Recruitment for IT Skills like: SAP, OracleERP, SFDC, ServiceNow, JDA WMS, QA #Automation, Analytics, AIML, Fullstack, Devops, Infrastructure and Security
  • Aware and involved in complete end to end recruitment process
  • Gathering requirements, Sourcing, Screening for Fitment, Scheduling Internal Interviews, Scheduling Client interviews, Negotiation with Candidates, Paperwork with Client/SOW, Etc.
  • Onboarding with TRUGLOBAL/Joining Formalities, Onboarding with Client, Buddy assignment
  • Should have strong experience in Job portals, Social media, LinkedIn hiring
  • Should be able to handle and manage a team of 5-10 recruiters and Interview coordinators. Should be a team coach and leader to build high performance teams
  • Should have flexibility to do discussions with US Client Late Evening and Early Morning IST as and when needed and get the conversions
  • Should be able to analyze the requirements and pitch in the right path for recruiting.
  • Good team Management skills.
  • Good Negotiation and convincing skills.

Client Engagement Activities:

  • Excellent Communication and convincing Skills with Client based in US
  • Interview coordination skills for Candidate Scheduling
  • Ensuring that Interviews happen in a timely manner
  • Solicit feedback from clients in less under 24 hours on candidates from the time of interview
  • Pass the feedback to the recruiters on better quality of hiring
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and experience on the interview process
  • Understand the Client organization, hierarchy and Ability to interact with other stakeholders to push for Interview slots
