𝗨𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿
- 3-5 years of US staffing experience
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
- Must be proficient in sourcing resumes from Portals (Monster, DICE, CareerBuilder) and preferably LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Must have good experience with C2C and W2 hiring.
- Should have an excellent knowledge of Visas and Tax terms.
- Should be able to screen candidates from vendors and weed out fake resumes and do quality checks.
- Must have a good understanding of IT Technologies. Previous experience hiring SAP, Salesforce, and ORACLE resources is a huge advantage.
- Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
- Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
- Must be okay to work in the PST Time zone.
- Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
