The TRUGlobal Consulting solution laid the foundation to replace these systems with the Oracle e-Business suite that will accommodate their requirements to automate manufacturing operations and operate in multiple business models in multiple countries.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>TRUGlobal Solution And Why<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The TRUGlobal Solution consisted of the following flows on Oracle E-business suite release 12. x, Accounting to Financials Reporting, Order to Cash, Demand to Build, Demand to Release, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Plan, Self-Service Applications, WMS, and OBIEE. Overall 32 modules, plus Oracle Business Intelligence was implemented. Integration was done using Oracle\u2019s SOA (BPEL) architecture.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The Implementation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>TRUGlobal Consulting led the project, with a focus on Program management and Change management to ensure that the business was ready before it went live. Twenty-one countries went live at once with all of the flows mentioned above.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>How Did TRUGlobal Transform This Customer\u2019s Business?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>By integrating all of the businesses into a single global instance, provides the customer with an easy way of understanding their complex supply chain.
