  • Presales & Solutioning:<\/strong> Lead presales efforts, solution architecture reviews, and client proposal support; hands-on involvement in strategic engagements where needed. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • GTM Strategy Execution:<\/strong> Drive go-to-market strategies for IT Services offerings across AI, Infra, and Cloud<\/strong>, working with sales and marketing teams to create growth opportunities. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Talent Management:<\/strong> Hire, develop, and retain Delivery Heads, Solution Architects, and key technical resources<\/strong>, building a high-performing delivery organization. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Revenue Growth:<\/strong> Strategically increase revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and delivery excellence; ensure P&L accountability. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Client Engagement:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and executive clients,<\/strong> providing references and demonstrating delivery credibility. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Operational Excellence:<\/strong> Implement scalable delivery processes, SLA adherence, quality standards, and governance frameworks across multiple accounts and geographies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Skills & Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Experience:<\/strong> Maximum 20 years in IT Services with leadership roles in delivery, presales, or practice leadership. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Past Roles:<\/strong> CDO, CTO, or SVP of Delivery in IT Services organizations. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Technical Expertise:<\/strong> Strong hands-on knowledge in AI, Infrastructure, and Cloud technologies. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Leadership:<\/strong> Proven ability to manage multiple Delivery Heads<\/strong> and large technical teams. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Presales & Solutioning:<\/strong> Expertise in presales, solution architecture, and enterprise client solutioning. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • GTM & Revenue Growth:<\/strong> Experience in go-to-market strategies<\/strong> and driving significant revenue growth. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Client Relationships:<\/strong> Ability to provide CIO\/CTO references<\/strong> and maintain strong executive-level client relationships. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication:<\/strong> Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Location Requirement:<\/strong> Must be based in Bangalore and working from office. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
