  • Delivery Excellence & SLA <\/span><\/strong>Adherence:<\/strong> Oversee<\/span> project delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and timely execution<\/strong> across all engagements within the account. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Financial Performance <\/span><\/strong>Management:<\/strong> Manage<\/span> the financial health of the account, including revenue, profitability, and cost optimization<\/strong>, while driving sustainable growth. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Talent Management & Team <\/span><\/strong>Growth:<\/strong> Lead<\/span> recruitment, development, and retention of key resources (TDMs, Architects)<\/strong>, fostering skill development and engagement within the account team. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Account Growth & Cross-Sell\/<\/span><\/strong>Upsell:<\/strong> Identify<\/span> opportunities for account expansion, including EE (existing engagement) and EN (new engagement),<\/strong> and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key<\/span> Skills & Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Experience:<\/strong> 12<\/span>\u201318 years in IT Services Delivery & Account Management. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delivery Governance<\/span><\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>Strong background in managing SLAs, project\/program delivery, and service excellence. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Financial Acumen<\/span>: <\/span><\/strong>Proven ability to manage account P&L, revenue growth, and profitability. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Client Management<\/span><\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>Strong track record of CXO\/VP-level engagement<\/strong> with high CSAT\/NPS outcomes. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Account Growth<\/span><\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>Demonstrated success in cross-sell\/upsell and expanding existing client relationships. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Team Leadership<\/span>: <\/span><\/strong>Experience in hiring, managing, and developing account teams<\/strong> (TDMs, Architects, SMEs). <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication<\/span><\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
