  • GTM & Sales:<\/strong> Drive go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams, and support revenue growth for AI services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Hiring & Talent Development:<\/strong> Partner with ADH to hire <\/span><\/span>TDMs, Solution Architects, and SMEs<\/span><\/span><\/strong> across accounts, building high-performing teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Managed Services Delivery:<\/strong> Lead delivery of AI managed services, ensuring <\/span><\/span>SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Presales & Solutioning:<\/strong> Support presales efforts, design AI solutions, and lead proposal\/RFP responses in collaboration with sales and delivery teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Client Engagement:<\/strong> Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, driving AI adoption, transformation roadmaps, and strengthening long-term relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Skills & Experience <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Experience:<\/strong> Minimum <\/span><\/span>15 years<\/span><\/span><\/strong> in IT Services, with relevant exposure to AI solutions and services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Background:<\/strong> Past<\/span> experience as a Solution Architect in AI (mandatory). <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Expertise:<\/strong> Strong knowledge of <\/span><\/span>AI technologies, managed services, AI solution delivery, and enterprise deployment<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Client & Sales <\/span><\/strong>Focus:<\/strong> Proven record in <\/span><\/span>client-facing roles, GTM support, presales, and solutioning<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Leadership:<\/strong> Experience in <\/span><\/span>hiring, building, and leading technical & delivery teams<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (TDMs, Architects, SMEs)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communication:<\/strong> Excellent executive presence with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
