{"id":6642,"date":"2025-06-18T20:01:51","date_gmt":"2025-06-18T14:31:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.truglobal.com\/blogs\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=6642"},"modified":"2025-06-18T20:01:51","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T14:31:51","slug":"servicenow-architect-itom","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.truglobal.com\/blogs\/jobs\/servicenow-architect-itom\/","title":{"rendered":"ServiceNow Architect (ITOM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to automate key IT processes, including incident management, change management, service request fulfilment, and asset management.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements and translate them into technically feasible solutions on the ServiceNow platform.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate ServiceNow with existing ITOM tools such as BMC Remedy, CA Technologies, and Service Manager to streamline data flow and eliminate manual work.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize ServiceNow Gen AI Controller, PI &amp; PA to implement AI-powered features like incident analysis, prediction, and proactive remediation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code following ServiceNow best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of developed solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow advancements and best practices, actively participating in continuous learning and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform concepts, workflows, and development tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Python and its application in scripting or automation.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ITOM tools and concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Machine Learning principles and their potential applications in ITSM.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow Gen AI Controller, PI &amp; PA is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to automate key IT processes, including incident management, change management, service request fulfilment, and asset management.
