Oracle Apps Consultant :
Excellent work experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Apps modules specifically Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, HRMS and Project Accounting. Must be familiar with PL/SQL, SQL Load, Forms 4.5 and 6i, Reports 2.5 and 6i, Oracle 8.0, 8i and should have good understanding of AOL, Oracle Alert, Oracle Web Apps and Web Server. The candidate should be familiar with Oracle Open Interfaces and workflow.

Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Applications implementation, up-gradation,    enhancement and customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Specific: Perform data conversions, Build extensions to Oracle applications and customize existing forms and reports, Develop new forms and reports, Develop and build interfaces. General: Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end use applications such as material mgt, financial mgt, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

Programmer/Analyst :
Excellent work experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Apps modules specifically Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, HRMS and Project Accounting
Must be familiar with Applications modules, module specific functional expertise, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Oracle 8.0, 8i and should have good understanding of functional and technical relationship between modules. The candidate should be familiar with Oracle Open Interfaces and Workflow.

Qualification:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Applications implementation, up gradation,    enhancement and customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Specific: Design and develop data conversions, Build extensions to Oracle applications and customize existing forms and reports, Design and develop new forms and reports, Design and build interfaces, GAP Analysis and prepare a technical design documents

General:
Responsible for directing and participating in the analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of computer systems. Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect costs, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and develops block diagrams and flow charts. Develops cost analysis and justification of data processing systems. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.

Functional Financial Consultant:
Excellent work experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Apps Financials modules specifically GL, AP, AR, Project Accounting, FA must be extremely strong in the functionality of the business module and translate those for BPR.

Qualification:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience with Oracle Applications implementation, up gradation,    enhancement and customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products and in functional areas
• Masters Degree in Finance / CA / CPA with a recognized certification course in Computer    Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• GAP analysis
• Application Set up
• User Interaction
• User Training
• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Creating functional design documents
• Preparing test scripts

Functional Manufacturing and Distribution Consultant
Excellent work experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Apps modules specifically WIP, BOM, INV, MRP, Costing and Order Management. Must be extremely strong in the functionality of the business module and translate those for BPR.

Qualification:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience with Oracle Applications implementation, up gradation,    enhancement and customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oracle Apps Database Administrators - Apps DBA
Excellent work experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Apps modules specifically AOL, System Administration, Oracle Database, Performance Tuning and routine database management. Must be familiar with PL/SQL, SQL Load, Forms, Reports, Oracle 8.0, 8i and should have good understanding of UNIX, Web Server, Workflow.

Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Applications implementation, up gradation,    enhancement and customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Specific: AOL setup, Systems administration setup and configuration, Manage Users, Apply patches, Backup and Restore, Performance tuning, Application Server configuration.

General: Responsible for planning, co-ordination, and administration of Database(s) including base definition, structures, documentation, upgrades, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Responsibilities may include the following: troubleshooting, recovery, tuning of the database, software installation, resolving Oracle errors and failures, auditing activities and resource utilization.
CRM, e-CRM Project Management, Siebel, Kana, Clarify :
Candidate will have project management responsibility to design and deliver and implement Customer Relationship Management solutions, processes and technology. This person will function in an external customer-facing role and utilize knowledge Customer Relationship Management in order to provide the integration of multiple technologies, processes and channels that facilitate CRM.Project management responsibilities will include developing work plans, scheduling, budgeting, estimating and scheduling, team coaching and mentoring. Technology implementation responsibilities would include a focus on solution delivery and architecture. The architecture would include overall responsibility for the integration of multiple technologies and processes to facilitate successful CRM / eCRM implementations.

Qualification:

• Candidates must have an average of 6-12 years overall work experience with experience in    CRM or eCRM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle products
• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11/11i
• Prior internal or external Consulting experience is required.
• Individual should have significant experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Experience with CRM Packages such as Siebel, Kana, Clarify or Broad vision
• Customer Self-Service
• eCRM, including Chat, Web Call-Through, Voice Portals
• Experience working with the marketing, sales and/or customer service organizations within   an Energy, Utility or Communications company.
Preferred skills include:
• Customer Insight
• CRM Architecture
• Retail Strategy
• Integration of marketing and sales/service functions
• Sales Force Automation/Effectiveness
• Process reengineering, process design and implementation, process mapping and workflow.
• Business process acumen, functional design, functional/user testing, business process   conversions
